Lemon-Cream Cheese Cutouts

| Ground Cinnamon | 3/4 tsp |
| Allspice | 1/4 tsp |
| Ground Nutmeg | 1/8 tsp |
| Ground Cloves | 1/8 tsp |
| Salt | 1/8 tsp |
| Butter, softened | 2/3 cup |
| Cream Cheese, softened | 1-3 oz package |
| Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Milk | 3 tbsp |
| Grated Lemon Peel | 1 1/2 tsp |
| Directions |

| Stir together flour, spices, and salt. |
| In a medium bowl, mix together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until well combined. |
| Beat in milk and lemon peel. |
| Add dry ingredients, beating a low speed just until combined. |
| Cover and chill for 2-3 hours. |
| On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to about 1/8-inch thickness. |
| Cut into shapes with favorite cutters. |
| Place on ungreased cookie sheets. |
| Cool on wire racks. |
| *Makes about sixty 2 ½ inch cookies. |
